Cannabis, Strawberry, Pear and Vitamin-C.
Use more capsicum, spinach, cabbage and
especially ginger and lemon in vegetables.

Use honey and fruits in yogurt. Yogurt contains
probiotics which help in the process of digestion and builds the immune system.
